My gut feeling (and my hope) is that there will be more of a focus on improving T+ in 2022.

It seems like you've already made up your mind Sorry to hear you leave Avid! I'm not paying another annual £400 to be able to snap clips to a grid, adjust column widths which we always used to be able to, and still get a lousy title tool. I see 2021.12 has no updates re titler plus.
